Shipments and Returns

Domestic Shipping (shipments within the United States)

Non-Assembled product orders placed by 3pm EST are usually dispatched after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted.  Any order placed after 3pm EST will ship the next day. If an order is placed after 3pm EST on Friday, it will not ship until until Monday after 3pm EST.  Assembled products can take up to one week for assembly and are shipped, after testing, via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted.  LED bulbs and accessories are usually shipped within the same day if order is placed by 3pm EST.  Once your order has shipped you will be provided a tracking link to track the progress of your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees vary depending on products, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.  Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

International Shipping (shipments outside the United States)

We gladly ship outside of the United States, however, please be aware that actual shipping calculations are not always accurate.  Before your item is dispatched we will contact you with actual shipping charges. All international packages are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted, and can take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to arrive.  Customs inspections at both the US and receiving countries borders may delay your shipping time. Our standard shipping policy still applies with most orders of in stock products shipping the same day.
